How to Enter:

To enter, please see class list below. E-mail the following to Tracy Teichert (tracy@ttt-ranch.com):
  • 3 jpeg photos of your entry (front, back, and a side view - either side is fine) at least 300 dpi quality
    • No more than 3 photos can be used, so make sure that they are of sufficient quality to be judged.
    • Photos do not need to be taken at the same time. The goat's age at the time of the last photo is all that is important.
    • Name the photos with the goat's name and position (ie, jasmine side, jasmine front, jasmine rear)
  • Goat's name
  • Goat's birth date and date the last photo was taken (to assure that they are entered in the correct class and so that the judge can see exactly how old they are in the photo)
  • Class number you are entering your goat into
  • Class description you are entering your goat into
  • Owning ranch's name and location
  • Website address (if applicable)

Send one entry per e-mail (3 photos of one goat per e-mail = 1 entry).

Show Rules:

  1. Goats need not be registered, but must be 100% fainter.
  2. All 3 photos of the goat should qualify for the age class in which the goat is entered (ie, if entering 0 to under 3 months old, all 3 photos must have been taken before the goat was 3 months old).
  3. The photos do not need to be current, but should adhere to Rule #2.
  4. Bucklings under 3 months old that are scheduled to be wethered may be shown in the under 3 month old wether class. However, they may not be shown as a buck at a later date if the owner changes their mind about wethering it. They will be disqualified from future shows.
  5. Goats may be in a natural setting, or be set up by a handler as if in a show (which ever the exhibitor chooses).
  6. Photos may not contain ribbons or other awards received from previous shows.
  7. All photos need to be the owner's original copies and not copyrighted.
  8. By sending your photos and entering this contest, you are granting us permission to use the photos for this contest and to display them on this webpage.
  9. Entry Fee: $2 per goat.
  10. Photo entries and entry fees must be received by October 15, 2016. There will be no refunds.
  11. Judging will occur on October 18-20, 2016. The Judge TBD. No animal bred by, owned, co-owned, or leased by the Judge, or the immediate family of the judge, or purchased from the judge within six months of the show, may be exhibited in the show.
  12. The Judge's decisions will be final.
  13. Winners will be announced on October 22-23, 2016, or as soon as the judging has been completed.
